Peter himself embodies the ethics of the company, which he leads to deliver the highest quality at the most competitive level. His dedication and commitment to this aim is evidenced in Unity being awarded a 2005 Master Builders award for Excellence.

In addition to his management tasks Peter still plays a vital hands-on role in delivering each project on a day to day basis and providing an open line of communication for Unity’s clients. His 18 years of construction experience encompass a broad spectrum of projects from high-rise commercial to residential, interiors, shopping centres and supermarkets, aquatic centres, gymnasiums, medical and industrial facilities.

Our prime quality objective is client satisfaction and developing and maintaining repeat business by delivering every project to the highest level of quality. This is measured by the following:

  • Completing projects within the specified time

  • Handing over projects with no defects

  • Site safety of all project team members

  • Building a relationship with the client, consultants and all stakeholders and being engaged in future work

This commitment is achieved through the use of the Quality Management System (developed under licence to ISO 9001 and due for accreditation in 2011) which is implemented for all activities undertaken by UNITY.
